A typical tutoring session with Hola Lydia will be personalised to you. We will focus on the areas for improvement that were identified during your introductory call and usually incorporate aspects of exam preparation into each of your sessions.

A notebook and pen. We also encourage students to bring any recent assessments, classwork and teacher feedback to their sessions so that we can best tailor your session to your current stage of the learning.

To guarantee a weekly session during the academic term we recommend that students book the ‘Term Pack’ as opposed to ‘Single Classes’. Booking the Term Pack ensures you get 10 sessions during the term, whereas Single Classes are subject to weekly availability.

We understand that life can be busy and sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule a tutoring session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice and we'll do our best to find an alternative time during the same week, subject to availability.
Unfortunately, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be rescheduled. This policy helps us protect time that has been reserved specifically for you and ensures we can continue to offer reliable scheduling for all students.
If something unexpected comes up, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll always try to be as flexible and accommodating as we can.
